This weekend we BBQed, went to a baby shower, and tried to stay cool.
This week I'm leaving for Lake Mohave! Can't wait!
I had a GREAT weekend! Pool time, yummy dinner, drinks, brunch with good friends, beach time w/ MH, dinner w/ my bff and her family. WONDERFUL weekend. Loved it.
This week my bff is in town, so I'm hoping I get to spend a lot of time with her.
the highlight of my weekend was super fun brunch with gorgeous girls.
tonight we are BBQing for brother wan's birthday. i'm also trying to finagle a good excuse out of going to some women's church social on thursday night with MIL. i love her, but i think i'd rather spoon out my eyeballs with a rusty utensil.
This weekend was very emotionally taxing...glad its over.
As for this week, not much on the plate except today is MH's b day and we will be going to dinner, just not sure where. He is not that in to celebrating his b day...lol

great birthday weekend. BBQ, crazy duffy dance party with my BFFs, and Coldplay last night.
this week is going to be nuts. Going to Charlotte NC for a meeting tomorrow am, flying home Weds night, and then off to Vegas Thurs. for the weekend.
Nothing exciting - just worked around the house, sold R's motorcycle (pending a few repairs), finished up our crib painting, tried to stay cool.
This week: attempting to pass my GD test (boo, no ice cream for a few days) & my birthday on Sunday.

Friday: Relax.
Saturday: Haircut, manicure, pedicure. Photos and dinner with Winnie.
Sunday: Brunch with friends. Visit uncle in hospital. Give new Nestie in downtown a tour of our neighborhood.
Tonight: Dinner with food blogger at a Vietnamese hole-in-the-wall.
Tuesday: Dinner with old co-workers.
Wednesday: Dodger game.
Thursday-Sunday: Short vacation -- wild animal sanctuary and Gilroy Garlic Festival.
Friday: Game night with the neighbors.
Saturday: Cleaned the house from top to bottom and got a bunch of stuff together for Goodwill. Hung out with the neighbors again in the evening.
Sunday: Mani/pedi followed by a sub-par sushi dinner and watching HP 6. Twelve hours later and I'm still annoyed with the movie.
This week: Blah.
Had a nice weekend. Tried to stay cool. Beach was nice.
I'm on my own again for a week and a half so not much planned besides the same old boring routine.
Friday: Sewing class, grilled dinner at home
Saturday: Gym, shopping, yummy cheese and crackers for dinner at home
Sunday: Brunch with some cool chicks, pedicure, pool time, homemade carnitas tacos with hubs.
This week: Same 'ol routine, but a client dinner with H Thursday night. The clients are little old couple who were swindled out of their house and H and some associates got it back for them. They're having a dinner party to thank them. So sweet!
I had a great weekend, too. Finally watched The Hangover.
Weemo- I'm headed to Gilroy this weekend for the garlic festival, too! I'm excited that Fabio & Jaime will be there for the Garlic Showdown! It should be lots of garlic-y fun! YUM!
Cool! If you see a really sweaty Asian chick, that's me!
I think we'll be missing Fabio, though, because we're coming back on Sunday. Boo!
Same here...I'm sad that we're not going to see him on Sunday either. Yeah for garlic madness! Is this your first time going?
fri - met a friend for brunch, went shopping, met MH's friends for sushi dinner and drinks out
sat - my nephew's 5th birthday party, hung out with the fam
sun - breakfast with friends, pool time (my nose burnt, I look like rudolph!), coldplay concert. one of the best concerts ever, ah-mazing.
this week - going back to hell tomorrow ;(
wasn't it awesome? So much fun! ?
I loved those ball things on the stage and the cover of billie jean was ridiculously awesome. oh, and I didn't realize that we actually had seats (terrace) and weren't sitting on the lawn. phew!
I tried to keep an eye out for you but there were too many damn people.
