Hi everyone! I am not quite a nestie yet, but wanted confirmation that there is life after all this wedding planning! I am getting married on June 28th so I plan to join this board once I get married. I hope I won't get flamed for posting early, but wanted to meet some new people and get ready to be a newlywed!

I live in Louisville (Valley Station) and work on Fort Knox. I take it you are going to move to KY, What part are you planning to move to?

Thanks July Bride! So is this a pretty active board? I just needed a break from the KY Knot board. All the wedding talk can be suffocating, lol!

xxfingers crossedxx that we will be moving to the Jeffersontown area for DH's job. For now we are looking at moving by the first of Oct.

Well, the board was very slow, picked up and has now slowed down again.  Maybe it's the awesome weather we've been having?  I think I was "knotted-out" by the time my wedding came along.

I'm a little late here - DH and I just moved so we've been really busy with unpacking and decorating - but wanted to welcome you to the KY Board!  Congrats on your upcoming wedding!   Make sure to come back and post often so we can get this board moving again.

Hey Ericka I think I am going to join this board as well after our wedding, June 27... didn't realize yours was the day after mine for some reason...

Anyway, I am in Louisville as well- JTown to be specific, not sure who said they were looking to move here but if you need info on the area let me know.  We bought a house here last September.

It wouldnt be so bad if we werent having ten guests from England stay at our house- so we are trying to get the basement finished before then...

oh and we only have one full bath, the rest are half baths... should be interesting.!
