I only have 23. I've only connected with a few people and I use a variation of my real name so people can't find me. I also don't post pictures of me...just the pup and DH.
I work in HR so I am paranoid about my employer or future employers knowing too much about me.

That's one of the reasons why I started a new one. So many of the ones I wanted to remove were family and if I removed 1 I'd have to remove all and etc etc so I said screw it.
I should do another purge.
Is it really that dramatic to clean people out? I don't think people notice.
I have 274 (or so) friends on my other FB. About 30 are cousins. I only communicate with about 20-30 people tops on FB on a regular basis. I got a little irritated that a bunch of randoms could see my personal biz (as if I don't share it on here with you hoes but that's different, imo).

After 2 rounds of IVF & 2 rounds of FET, we were blessed with identical twin girls!

how can you change what people can access on your page?
How can I make it so I don't see a person's status updates? I am so sick of seeing updates about my friend potty training her 4 month old but I don't want to delete her since it would cause drama.
APK, you have to make "lists," then put friends on each list, then set the privacy settings for each of your profile parts using "customize..." and excluding people on those lists from seeing stuff.
brock, if you mouse over to the right next to a status update, it'll say "hide xyz."
