I'm having a salad at my desk.  Playing on the internets.  Reading my Zone diet guide (so confusing).

  • a diet that requires brain juice to understand?  hello...you're eating less, which equals less brain power.  meh.

    no idea what i'm eating for lunch yet.  maybe a ham and colby jack on sourdough sandwich.  or wendy's.

  • I thought an El Pollo Loco pollo bowl (minus the pollo) would be a good idea.  Not so much.  I had an apricot and white nectarine instead.

    I ate on my couch, but I am about to go lay in bed.  :)


    After 2 rounds of IVF & 2 rounds of FET, we were blessed with identical twin girls!

  • oh, and i'm eating at my desk in my home office.
  • I'm trying to wrap my brain around the concept that I need to have so many damn fruits and veggies in this diet.  A serving of broccoli is 2 cups, wtf.

    I love sourdough.

    Arino you poor thing.  lol.

  • If I can get rid of this heartburn I am going to have left over TAPS from last night. Mmmm...yellowtail with crab! I will be eating it upstairs so I can watch tv and play here.

    I had oatmeal for breakfast, which is really filling for me? so I?m not super hungry yet.

  • i bought a chicken bake at costco yesterday and didn't get to eat it, so it's waiting for me in the fridge.  i'm leaving to go home and eat it in 10 minutes.

  • Eating at my desk & playing on the internet.  Celery & ranch, and chicken.
  • SALAD:  2 servings greens w/ salad spritzer, 4 ounces shrimp, 1 cup bell peppers,  1/2 cup lentils, 1/2 tablespoon Italian dressing, 1/4 avocado

    DESSERT: 1 cute plum

    Pocky sounds so good right now.  The strawberry kind.

  • Turkey sandwich on the new Orowheat whole grain buns that are only 1 serving of bread instead of two with tomato, spinach, light munster, and spicy mustard. Sugar Free fudgesicle for dessert.
  • Morning Star Veggie Burger- (just the burger no bun)

    Mozzarella with basil and tomato.. 2.2 oz to be exact.

    Water..

     For snack TJ's low fat cheese baked crunchies. Yum.

  • I had leftover pasta from last night with some peas and turkey meatballs added in to liven it up a little. I ate at my desk before heading out to shop.

  • I'm skipping lunch since I took the visiting family to a late breakfast (yummy nutella crepes)...my lunch option was joining them at SILs for homemade Indian...I think I will gain at least 6 lbs from their visit -way too much food and wine!
  • Just had a 1/2 individual size cheese pizza from Oggies in Orange with buddies. Yum!
