Haha! Love it. I just hate the long lines. Everytime we go, the wait is at least 1.5 hrs! And they don't take reservations/call ahead.

I think the most I've had to wait is 45 minutes, and I usually use to that time to sneak in a few cocktails at the bar hehehe

Samurai is owned by Benihana... same food/concept. I think it was originally independently owned, and Benihana bought it, and never changed the name (I used to work for Benihana Corp).
