lol! that's totally me. i'm trying to be better, but c keeps joking with me about it with a baby on the way. i'm terrible!
actually yes, that was part of what made me think about it. i generally try to avoid it on my blog, but i have used curse words on there before for various reasons and i'd be a lot more likely to do it if i password-protected my posts. i am truly a potty mouth irl. you should see me watching a hockey game!
ok, i just realized that might have come across as a criticism of you for doing that, and it totally isn't. i would have said the same thing if i had been writing your post.
I know a few choice words, but I rarely use them...(the taste of soap still lingers in my mouth...thanks Mom!)
I had to vote for "oh, gracious no!" just because it was a fun answer. And it's also pretty much true for me.
S and I made a concerted effort to eliminate swear words from regular conversation a few years back (in preparation for ttc, if I remember correctly), and now that we are out of the habit we are both shocked if the other one does swear. I am usually pretty good about not swearing-- I don't even have to think about it at this point-- but every now and then one does slip out. I'm also a big substituter (e.g., "sugar!" and for some unknown reason "tomato!").
