I have this available thru my cable and wanted to give it a try. There is 2 versions on my cable (time warner). Are they different levels or do you switch them off each day. or do you one after the other? Each version is 30 mins.
thanks
Re: 30 day shred question
level 1 was enough to kick my ass everytime I would do it. I suggest starting with 1 and working your way up.
others have mentioned this, too, but it can be a little harsh on your knees, particularly levels 2 & 3.
It just progresses as you feel the need to advance or change it up a bit. I've done level 1 on one day and level 2 on another day to change it up. But, Level 2 is definitely more challenging than level 1. It's a 20 min workout that's definitely worth it. I know it kicks my butt. (which I've been putting off for a couple of weeks now)
ditto, I thought I was the only one.
I would definitely start with Level 1. I really felt a difference after only a week or so. Level too was pretty challenging but in good way.?
?It's really rough on my knees too. After awhile I had to give up on my idea of doing it every day.
