Hey Stacey! Here is the recipe I use for white pizza:
White Chicken Pizza
1 pkg Pillsbury pizza crust
olive oil
ranch dressing
grated mozzarella cheese
grated cheddar cheese
2 chicken breast (cooked and pulled apart or diced)
tomatoes
spices
Roll out dough on pizza pan. Bake for 7 mins until golden brown. Remove from oven and spread ranch on crust as your sauce base (I like to use lite or fat free). Top with 1 c. mozzarella cheese. Add chicken, thin tomato slices and then top with 1 c. cheddar cheese. Add spices (I usually use basil and garlic). Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes.
You can really change anything on this recipe. We've added spinach, broccoli, etc, left out the chicken - I always keep the base the same.
I haven't done this pizza on the grill yet, but if I do (thinking about making a really large one in the oven and doing the rest on the grill) I'll get the large round style pre-baked crusts and follow the same steps for the grilling pizzas. With this one I might need to put foil down - this one takes a bit longer to cook because of toppings are a bit heavier. I'm not sure if the bottom would get crispy too fast.
It's always a good pizza. I'll let you know if I do this one on the grill!
