Thanks for the info. Can you tell me about your weather? How hot in summer, how cold in winter, do you get a lot of rain, does it snow, etc

Summer = 80-95
Winter = 40-60 with some colder days thrown in
We get a fair amount of rain. It snows once a year and usually melts by lunch time.

Summer: 80-95 with some days exceeding 100 degrees.
Winter: 25-50 though you will get periods of 60-70 and in the teens. It's a very mild winter, and most of the cold temps you will never see. I'm up extremely early when I experience below freezing weather.
We might get snow once a year.
The rain always seems welcomed...people love it when it occurs, but it's not terribly missed when it doesn't. We did have some drought issues, but most counties are out of the drought.
If you live in the Upstate, you'll experience slightly cooler winters and summers. I live in the midstate and experience more mild winters, but hotter summers. If you live in the lowcountry, you'll experience warmer winters and HOT summers.
