James did my wedding on LI in 2006 and travels all over the place - please forward to your friend she will be very happy with him! He totally gets what you want - hope he works out for her!
I have a friend that does freelance work. Mostly epics and family shots but give her a look. I don't know her website off the top of my head but I know she has a page on facebook...Lightful Photography. Her work is very soft and beautiful. Good Luck
