Hi,
We're looking to rent a house for a week in October and I've never been there so I don't know what town I should be looking in. We'd like to be by the water and close to the ferries but not in the center of town, a little secluded. Any advice?? TIA!!

Re: What part of Cape Cod??
I live in Chatham and love it! Plus, you can get to the ferries in Harwich and the Hyannis ferries are not too far away either!

I second Chatham (but only because I'm biased, I was born, raised and still live in Chatham). There's lots to do on this end of the Cape, seal tours are fun, fishing excursions, lighthouse tours, etc. And you're not too far from Hyannis, where the ferries take you to the islands.
