Manhattan Nesties
DH has to go to Manhattan for a week for work, and I'm going with him. Most of the time he'll be working, but he should get at least one day off, hopefully two.
Do you have any recommendations for things I can in the area while he's at work, and fun things for us to do together when he's off?

I'm not from Manhattan but DH went to K-State. To be honest, I really only spent weekends there and most the time was at his frat house or apartment but there are some nice things to do around there. Tuttle Creek is a neat area - I could spend days just walking/driving around.
Wamego has a Wizard of Oz museum that I went into the lobby of one time (we were poor college students and didn't want to afford the admission fee) but it looks super cool and def want to make a day trip of it some time.
There's also a mall and lots of resturants.
Aggieville is the main bar district downtown but I remember there being a few shops and stuff around there - might be fun to walk around there one day.

The zoo is fun (small but fun)
new splash park for the kiddos in city park, konza prairie, kansas state university gardens/insect zoo, agree that tuttle creek area is neat. if your DH plays golf Colbert Hills is a PGA licensed facility, time out corner (located at seth child & anderson ave) is an indoor arcade, wildcat creek (west anderson) has batting cages and putt putt, beach museum at KSU, you could visit fort riley and do a tour (it's only 15 minutes west). Also second the wizard of oz museum in wamego. There is also a couple local wineries in Wamego.

Everything that those ladies mentioned is great. Also, if you go when it's still hot, ask a local where Pilsbury Crossing is. It's a great little lakeish area on some flat rock. Lots of people go there to picnic/grill/swim/hang out. It's a fun little area.
There may be live music at the city park. There is also a pool there.
Local restaurants of interest: So Long Saloon in Aggieville, Harry's Uptown on the main drag by the mall, Doe's Eat Place off of Ft. Riley Blvd. (Bill Murray ate at Doe's the couple of times he came to town!)
The good news is, it's small enough that you will be able to get to know places fairly well in that amount of time, and it's easy to find stuff!
