Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Gold Party
I'm having a Gold Party 8/8/2009 from 11-2pm.
Basically the concept is you bring any gold, silver, jewels, etc. that are broken and you no longer want and get cash for it on the spot. You are of course not obligated to sell it. If you feel you can get more you have the option to say No. A trained professional will place the value, its not me. Its very private and a fun way to get together with the girls and make some money out of it!!! (and safer than mailing in the gold)
My Mom sold less than 5 pieces of broken chains and earrings that she lost the pair to and got $325. My grandmother sold some old stuff the other day and got over $600!! My mother-in-law and all her friends have all had gold parties.
