As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Vacay = next week
Yes, I just posted cuz I'm excited about our vacation next week. No other actually interesting reason. We're going to St John for a week to celebrate our first anniversary. I have to admit, I'm more excited about a long break from work than the romantic possibilities...but I'm sure that will change.
In less positive news, we're still looking (somewhat unsuccessfully) for a new place to live. I am so irritated at our landlord for not giving us more notice that he wants to move back in and irritated at myself for not staying on top of our lease renewal. Bah. We looked at a ton of places this weekend, found one we liked in Rosedale and another at the top of our price range in Takoma. Neither has been good about calling/emailing us back. Don't they want our money?
So we're checking out another place in Petworth tonight. I really really really hope we can find a place this week so we won't have the stress hanging over us during vacation. Please send happy housing vibes!

Good luck on the housing front. We are (tenitively) looking at houses in Takoma Park too - although we probably won't move for 1-2 years.
