Another ice cream rave
Seems like that's all I can post about. Sorry!
I've been in search of a "healthy" non-dairy ice cream alternative and found a delicious line- Ice La Creme. The roasted coconut is the only flavor I've tried (they had samples at whole foods and it was the first flavor i tried and stopped then to purchase a couple of pints). It has yummy coconut pieces- plus it's made in Oregon!
