new to board.
hello all.
i'm not quite a homeowner yet, but if all goes according to plan, i should be one in 1-3 months. I'm going to be on perusing ideas for the new place and hopefully share some great stories as my new acquisition unfolds.
We have been looking for 9 months and finally found the deal we were looking for. Great neighborhood, awesome backyard with a view of the intercoastal, and on a cul de sac! Only downfall is that it is lacking an extra bedroom (our initial goal was to get a 3 bedroom).
i have been crossing my fingers since we found this place that everything works out!
i look forward to "meeting" everyone
