Where is your favorite place in South Carolina to go with your Hubby and why?

LOVEE Waterfront Park in Charleston- it's a special place for us because that's where we got engaged!

We are big fans of Table Rock because it's close by.

Hmm we really haven't explored enough yet for me to give an informed opinion, but we find ourselves going to Falls Park in Greenville a lot when we just want to walk around together, have a picnic, etc.

We love hiking in Jones Gap State Park.  We're planning on going in a couple of weeks.  It's so beautiful there!

Charleston/Kiawah-we've been once together and we cant' wait to go back!!! Other than that, just going on random trips around the upstate.

I'd say Carowinds, but that's in NC lol.

 

We love going to Falls Park and Frankies Fun Park. We don't know the area all that well yet.

It's in Greenville County, off Highway 11.  Here's the website:

If you hike to the top, there's a beautiful waterfall.  It's a fairly tough hike, but you can take it slow.  It's a great way to spend the afternoon together, and you can even take a picnic lunch

Here's a picture of when we went in late Feb.  It was just under 50 degrees that day, but the temperature at the top was much cooler and there was still snow.

I don't think we really have a favorite place in SC.  I think our favorite place nearby is Philips Arena in Atlanta, GA.

I guess the next closest thing that is in SC would have to be Falls Park in downtown Greenville.  We got engaged down there.
