Dells Indoor Waterpark Recs
We are thinking of taking S to a dells indoor waterpark this fall (she'll be about 16 mo. old). If you have taken your LO to a Dells park, were there things there for them to do? I see some of the parks have a "toddler" area, but I'm not sure what that means. Any recs on hotels and/or what we can expect staying with a toddler? TIA!
Re: Dells Indoor Waterpark Recs
We just got back from the Wilderness, and we went last year. We LOVE it there. There are lots of things to do and DD loves the toddler area and the lazy river. They also have lots of room options.
The one downside is its VERY large and you do sometimse have to take a shuttle, depending on where you stay on the resort.

ive worked at the kalahari, wilderness and am currently a part-timer at the great wolf. the wilderness' water parks are a huge variety but are spred out thoughout the property (i.e. tons of walking between water fun!) the kalahari has a large park. they do let the public into the water park for $50.00 (?) per person for the day. (i.e. extreamly long waits for water slides the great wolf has everythhing in one area. they also offer life vest for the children if they wanna try deeper water and its ok with mom and dad. the lifeguards are above and beyond what you would expect on a daily basis and the training is exceptional. there are always accidents in the water and the great wolf has had maybe on or two that have hit the paper in its 11 years of operating. the others have had more. definatly compare shop just a basic room rate at all three and look at the web sites. most have a layout of the poperty and you can kinda get a jist of what your walking is going to be like.
good luck! i hope i have helped just a bit
