Fun indoor things to do w/ 1 yr old
I hate August but don't want to make it a boring month for my dd. Any suggestions on fun indoor things to do outside of the house? Any indoor playgrounds or things like that in Central Florida.

I love taking my son to indoor bounce houses. I started taking him shortly after his first birthday, so I'm sure your daughter is old enough (provided the place isn't over run by dozens of hyperactive older children lol).
I also took my son to open gym sessions at local gymnastics centers when he was about 1.5yrs old. He obviously couldn't do much with the actual gymnastics equipment, but he enjoyed running around and jumping on the trampoline. As did I.
Ok, here are a few!
-My Gym or The Little Gym- they're great for indoor fun!
-Monkey Joe's or places like that!
-If I remember correctly, Altamonte Mall has a cool play area! especially good for 1yr old
-Chuck E Cheese if you can stand the craziness. If you go early in the day, it's usually not so bad
-How about the Splash Parks?
-Bookstores usually have a train set or something, and they have story/song times
-The Library usually has a kiddie area- some have better children's area's than others. They usually have storytimes.
Those are just some ideas I have from when I was a nanny. There's always Chik fil a or Mcdonalds. There are some that have good kiddie areas away from the big kids...
