Cooking Classes in Portland?
I'm originally from Portland and I wanted to get my parents a gift certificate for a fun cooking class for their birthdays. I saw In Good Taste down in the Pearl, does anyone know how they are? I've also heard Sur La Table does them, but I'd love something more local and not a chain like that. My parents are fun and hip and love all kinds of food and wine. Any other recommendations?

My SIL took a class at In Good Taste and said it was good. Sorry I can't be more specific. I've been inside and it seemed nice.
There's a brand new cooking school in town, Hip Cooks. I haven't heard reviews yet.
