I had a training today and this lady that was supposed to be training us decided that she was just going to chit chat with the girls that she already knew so the ones who were new had no clue what to do. I feel so lost. I have never been office manager before in the school system, and though I know how to do alot of it, the registrar part I am like a deer in headlights. Today was just a waste of time.

Ugh. That lady was rude, and not at all helpful to those of you who wanted to learn what was supposed to be taught. I'm sorry. I hope you have a better day!

Sorry to hear that Yocy. I've been there and know how you feel. When I started my second job (which I quit after 2 days) I had the same probably except I was being trained by a "DRAMA QUEEN"  if you know what I mean *wink* and he would just leave me up there to go and talk. Ask if you can have someone else train you. Good luck!
