Wine cork decorating project
I have a ton of corks from wine bottles that we've been saving them for the last several years. I am envisioning some project where I glue the corks in a cool pattern in a frame--maybe three smallish ones that I can then hang on the wall in the kitchen.
Has anyone ever done this? I don't really have any specifics on how to accomplish this, just the ideas in my head. It can't be too hard, right?

Awesome. Do you think frames deep enough are easy to find or would I have to make one?
Of course, I could probably answer this myself by going to Michael's, but my trusty nesties are so helpful.
My neighbor did something similar by creating a "backsplash" in her kitchen with all the corks. It came out awesome!
They have the shadow box frames in IKEA super cheap... I saw them over the weekend.
Let us know how it goes. I absolutely love the idea.
