Hi Girls,

I have a girlfriend who is having a hard time in her marriage right now and she is thinking of seeking counseling for herself.  Does anyone know of any recommendations for a counselor that I can share with her?  Thanks ladies!

before we got married, my pastor had us do pre-marital counseling with a dr at alamo mental health group (http://alamomentalhealth.com/index.php), she has since left and i do not recall her name...but at least that gives you a start as far as credible practices

Now that I think back, her name might have been Mary Torres.  Not sure, this was over three years ago....

Steve and I had to do marriage counseling before we got married through our church, too.  We went to Al Drymala.  He is located off of Backcock road, right by the red lobster.  I really liked him.  He was very easy to talk with,and very helpful in some things that steve and I wanted to sort out.  this was over 2 and 1/2 years ago, but his number is:  348-6226.  good luck!
