How much was you wedding....
reception per person & where was it & what year.
I am helping a friend plan her Sept. 2010 wedding & seem to just keep seeing the same few places. I got married 5 years ago & there seemd to be a lot more on the knot boards then as far as reviews.

I don't remember how much it was per person, but mine was at the Byron Colby Barn in Grayslake, IL (about an hour north of Chicago). It's a very unique venue - a converted barn set in an eco-focused neighborhood called Prairie Crossing. Part of the reason we chose it was because you bring your own caterer in, which helped to keep the costs down a lot. I got married June 2007.

I want to say ours was about $25 per person at St. Andrews Golf and Counry Club in West Chicago (rte 59) We were married in 2003. I have NO complaints. It was the perfect place for us.
