Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

  • $1: Box of dried cranberries from Walgreens. We stock up every time we go b/c we LOVE them.

    $10: Dinner from subway taken to the park or a beach w/ A and Lilly for an evening picnic

    $100: tie between clothes/shoes OR the ingredients for having our friends over for a yummy dinner party

    $1,000: a week in ptown :) 

  • $1 - Gum

    $10 - starbucks - coffee and a pastry (although my total is always $5.78)

    $100 - A nice dinner out

    $1,000 - well what would make me happiest is to pay a bill....but what would be the most fun would be a trip home.

    $100 - A new bra and a couple of make-up things from Sephora (Boing under eye concealer and I want to try Bare Minerals.)

    $1,000 - a vacation. P-town with my wife. Alone. Smile

    I LOVE that lens! Fantastic bokeh. Except the nikon version I have doesnt autofocus which is a huge bummer.

    You should definitley put that on your baby gear list, though, it would be perfect for photographing an infant ;)

    yay! that's awesome to hear. i've been debating it for a while; i'm probably going to break down and buy it for myself sometime in the next few months. i'd love to have it before the baby gets here, and i've heard great things about the lens--especially for the price. right now my maximum f/stop is 3.5, so i'd love to have one that will get better bokeh than what i have now.
