Highlands area ?

Where is the "Highlands" area in relation to Jeffersontown?

There is a job posting with this description but no physical address. When I google it it looks like it is closer to Lexington that Louisville???

Re: Highlands area ?

  • no, the highlands are in louisville.  it's basically bardstown road, cherokee park area (grinstead drive, eastern pkwy).  mapquest your J-Town zip code (40299???) to Highlands, which is 40204.  i live kinda by there, so let me know of any other questions.
  • Perfect! That is exactly what I needed to know! I thought I had seen that on the map. Google says it is about a 25 minute drive from J-town? Is it really or is that assuming you are driving the exact speed limit?

  • 25 minutes is probably right.  It really depends on where in the highlands you are going but I-64 basically runs along the outskirts of the highlands.
