purchasing a treadmill - advice?
hi all! hope its a happy saturday for you!
i hardly post, but figured you may have some advice. (i've posted on H&F/SU too.) we're looking at purchasing a treadmill. definitely not brand new - i've been checking out craig's list...
any advice on what to look for? size? shape? settings? brand's which are better than others? etc. etc. i dont have the slightest clue where to start. there are several available in our area - at what seem like good prices... we want to stay under $500 and of course not too cheap, it makes me worried "too good to be true."
anyhow, any advice/thoughts would be appreciated!! TIA.
