Nice apartment complex's in Arlington?

My mom is thinking of moving to my area. I'm trying to compare Mansfield apartments with Arlington apartments. I know where all the Mansfield ones are located, but there's so many in Arlington it's hard for me to tell online if it'll be decent. I don't want her living in a scary area by herself. Any recommendations? The closer to Mansfield, the better.

Thanks!

Re: Nice apartment complex's in Arlington?

  • What is her price range? There is a really nice one off 360, South of 20. I don't know what it is called, but I pass it all the time on the way home. They may be town homes? I live right on the border between Arlington and Mansfield (i.e. our address is Arlington, but school district is Mansfield). Kind of vague, but I hope it helps a little!
  • you probably live right near me lindsey. we live on the border of arlington/mansfield as well :)
  • I was going to suggest that area as well. We are checking out houses in that area as well. I miss MansfieldBroken Heart

  • Stay away from Treepoint off Little Rd and 287.  It is a Road with a bunch of apartments.  DH and I lived there (our first place) and I was mugged.  We moved the next week.  I hate Arlington, sorry to those who live there.

  • I stayed in the Cliffs before moving. I really loved my apartment. I would suggest using an apartment locator. The service is free. The locator we used basically gave us all of the "dirt" on the apartments in the area. We lived there for 4 years before buying a housemoving to the S. Arlington/Mansfield border. While I do like the area, I think N. Arlington was a better location as far as getting to the rest of the metroplex easily. HTH.
  • I forgot to add....stick to North Arlington for apartments.
