Been gone for awhile, Clermont talk!
Saw the post about clermont, been offline for awhile. I live around the corner from Verde Ridge in Minneola at the Reserve. They are building the High school on Turkey Farm. We are behind the elementary school. Saw all the talk and butting in to say hello

Your neighborhood is the one by the ball park in Minneola right? I went there looking at models for design ideas...LOVE the interior options they have.
which house model did you get? ?Do you like living in the area??
I liked that model the best there as well.
which elevation did you go with? and how has it been with traffic on the backroads?
