Moving to Dubuque- assistance appreciated
Hey ladies! I posted over on the Iowa boards and then someone reminded me that since Dubuque is right on the border maybe you guys could help.
My family and I are moving to Dubuque at the end of the month and I'm going to need some good recommendations for a pediatrician, a family doctor, an OBGYN, and a gym. Also if anyone knows of any apartments they can recommend that would be great, too.

I'm orginally from that area (WI side), but unfortunately I don't know too much about Dubuque as far as doctors. There are 2 hospitals Mercy and Finley. There is a YMCA (I use to take swimming lessons there) so they might have a gym. Personally I wouldn't want to live in Dubuque and would find somewhere in the surrounding communities to find a place...Dickeyville, Platteville,i.e.
The local newpaper is www.thonline.com This website might help you find apts., etc.
