Sorry might be TMI, but has anyone used Probiotic Acidophlus to "Stay Fresh"
Hi there,
A friend of mine suggested to take this dietry supplement to help me stay "fresh" down there. Has anyone ever tried this? Does it work. Any other rec's.
This is so embarrasing, but figured we're all woman so much go threw this too.

I'm sorry, I don't know what happened. When I first searched for the article it went right to it. You can try a google search of probiotics and vaginal issues, there were quite a few articles.
