Hi ladies! For anyone who lives in the Myrtle Beach/Conway area, I have a few questions for you. I just had an interview at Coastal Carolina Univ and we are looking online for places to live. I really don't know much about the area. I drove down for my interview and had to drive right back. Any suggestions on where to look? Where not to look? We don't need to be at the beach at all, but we are looking for a SHF. Thanks!
Re: New to area
Hello
Congrats on the Interview and I hope you get the job. I love Myrtle and I'm sure you will too. My Hubby and I are moving to Murrells Inlet at the end of the month and can't wait. There are alot of websites you could check out www.realtor.com , yahoo real estate, and Keller Williams reality www.kw.com .
Our realtor is Dan Koening www.seashorehomes4u.com is SO helpful and super to work with. I don't know if he does homes in the Conway area.
One word of advice 501 the strech of road coastal is on is always a nightmere so I would avoid any subdivisions on it.
