Downtown Bars
I am helping to plan my cousin's b-party and was put in charge of finding the bars to go to. I don't go out to bars as much as I used to and am almost never downtown, so I need some help. We are looking for fun places to go and dance. Any help would be greatly appreciated. TIA

Bar bar, or dancing club with a bar? Define "downtown" -- I consider downtown to be the Loop, where there isn't much action after work hours. If you're thinking off Michigan or something - like Ontario St. by Excalibur, ok.
Are you looking to go bar hopping? Downtown might not be the best area... maybe more like Clark St. for a pub crawl thing.
