Wildlife in my backyard!
Geez, first the slug in my salad and now....
an opposum in my backyard! DH and I were sitting there grilling up some dinner, and I see something move out of the corner of my eye, in the corner of the yard up against the house, behind our storm cellar entrance.
It's a friggen opposum!! And a big one! He came out from the corner, saw us, and then must have thought "Oh, WTF are THEY doing here??" and backed himself back into the corner and under the fence into the neighbor's yard.
He was cute! I was just nervous he would freak and try to bite us.
Man, I'm starting to feel like I am roughing it in my own backyard!
