Vegas Advice

First of all, let me apologize for asking your advice on this. I am sure you get loads of questions along the lines of, "I'll be in Vegas, where/what/when...."

But, here I am asking for advice about Vegas. I will be going on a business trip in September and I am lucky enough to be bringing my husband along. We decided that we would extend our stay a little bit and just let it serve as an early anniversary trip. For the actual business part of the trip, we will be staying at the Venetian Palazzo. We were thinking about switching to a different hotel the last few nights, or possibly just moving over to the actual Venetian Tower. Would you recommend staying somewhere else, or just continuing our stay at the Palazzo? We want to stay somewhere a little bit romantic, but that still has a fun night atmosphere.

If there is anything else you would say, "You have to do this while you are in Vegas," please feel free to let me know that as well. Thanks in advance for your help. If any of you ever come to Nashville, I'll be happy to recommend anything and everything for you. Big Smile

Re: Vegas Advice

  • Nestie m + j has Vegas tips in her bio.  If you look at some older posts she probably has replied.  She has a lot of useful information.  It can be pretty hot in September, but it is a nice time of year to come here.  Have fun!

  • Hey there!

I am new to Vegas (i've lived here for 3 weeks now) but I have been to the Venetian and it is a great hotel.  The Palazzo is supposed to be really nice.  So I don't think it would be bad to just stay there.  Plus you wont have to move your stuff which can be annoying.

There is so much to do and see here that it is hard to say one thing!  The bellagio hotel is beautiful and the Ceaser Forum shops are great.

Have a great trip and happy anniversary!
