I was thinking about you and your DH the other day. How are you? I remember he was having a hard time with his ROTC stuff. I hope it worked out.

We're ok. It was just the initial reaction to everything that made it rough. But it's really working out for us financially now that he's able to work more hours we can start paying our bills down.
He still has a hard time adjusting to the idea of not going to PT and class all the time and not seeing all of his buddies every day. He says that once his classes start back next week it'll help him take his mind off of it.

I hope so. It sucked seeing him so down like that. He'll still graduate in May and his plans are to enlist after that, then I'm going back to school to work on my degree.
As crappy as it was how everything went down, I'm very excited about our future now. I look at this as a blessing in disguise.
Health Information Technology....which deals with medical records with areas such as coding, transcription, release of information, ect. I worked in that department for 6.5 years so I'm pretty much familiar with it and I'm getting more familiar with coding since I've been doing medical billing, so I thought, Why not get a degree for it?
When do you start grad school? Is it this sememster? I can't remember when you said. I saw in the Top 3 Bottom 3 post where your DH's boss told him he can't transfer until October, which really sucks. I know how bad you said you guys want to move up here. Hopefully his boss will decide that he can transfer sooner so you can move up here. We'll have to get together when you do!
I start school next Tuesday actually. I am very excited about it. Yeah DH's boss told him that they could talk about it at the end of September. I feel pretty confident that he is going to agree, but it just sucks still having to wait it out, especially when I have been waiting for 2 years already. But it will happen when it happens I guess. I would LOVE to get together whenever we finally get up there. I wish I could make it to the Bham GTG but I have to work that weekend
. We are actually up in Birmingham 2 weekends a month just about to see all of our friends, so I thought I might be able to make a GTG this summer. Stupid Work!
Medical records. I bet you see the crazy side of people all the time!! I have zero patience so I wouldn't be very good at that job.
Hopefully his boss will be agreeable with him and you guys can move up here soon! We'll definitley have to plan another GTG we you get up here!
Well, I have to deal with crazy people in billing too. But I am much better at medical records than I am at this, so that's what I'm going for. But if I do coding I don't have to deal with the public.
