Hey Mary - I just saw your response to the CB costs. I had a friend who chose to do the annual fee route instead of paying for the 15 years up front and they are really suffering through rate increases right now!
Their LO is three and originally they were paying $100 a year and now it's at just over $200..
I know it's not that much more, but if it's doubling every three years, it becomes alot by year 15 - and if you have more than one.
Thought you might want to know.

Yeah we considered it, but the one-time cost would have been a lot if we paid for the storage from now.... Maybe for the second one we will pay all upfront.
