Brewery tours and taste testing
I was wondering if anyone knew of any places to do beer tasting? I'm trying to find fun things to do around here for our "stay-cation". Thanks girls

We just bought a house so I know what you mean by "stay-cation" -- we are on the same boat.
As far as beer tasting, my husband and I recently went to the Yard House in Merrick Park. Friday nights is SUPER crazy with happy hour but the food is good and they have a ton of different beers to pick from. The have a website you should check it out. Let me know if you go and if you like it.

Well I don't know if this helps, but you could try a restaurant/micro-brewery and ask for a sample menu of what they brew. For example Brewzzi (in Boca) brews about 7 of their own beers, you could ask for a sample tray and enjoy it by the bar. I did this once when I went to Hops and they brought out a little mat to place the different beers on and the explanation of the flavors.

Like pp said, Titanic (off of 57 ave and US1) is a microbrewery. I'm not a fan of beer, so I can't comment on them, but it is a nice casual place to go. And the have live bands on the weekends sometimes.... call ahead to plan.
Not sure if it is still open, but Hops (restaurant, one located near Falls) is/was a brewery, and suppsedly has good beer.
And I have been to Yardhouse in Merrick, and that place is very nice and fun!

Coral Springs is actually really close to me. I live in Southwest Boca so we will have to definitly check out Titanic.
