1. was offered a job (with the company I just worked with), don't start until early sept. 2. booked a flight home to CA, leave in less than 2 weeks 3. worked out!
not much going on this weekend, we need to do some yard work. and we made reservations to some wine bar place for dinner on sunday.

i'm going home to bake something scrumptious and then tomorrow i get to hang out with some fabulousbitches, have some eats, and see a fun show.

I figured out how to post on the nest from my Blackberry, so I posted this thread from my bed. Heh. Don't worry, I did actually get up to reply.
This weekend I'm going to Vegas! Yay! It's my last weekend before I start back at work, but I'm trying not to think about that.
I am pretty much on my own this weekend, MH has a class he has to attend half day both days. However, I have said FU to bedrest and have not felt better!!
Friday: Lunch out, NST and probably a nap....hopefully pizza for dinner
Sat: Going with BFF to get measured for her wedding gown...she found THE ONE..woot! Woot!! Probably lunch out afterwards. QT with the hubby, hopefully.
Sun: A little bit of organization around the house and possible pool time. Yay, pool!!

Tonight-last summer school class and starting to puppy sit
Sat-puppy sitting, start homework, Art for a Cure, and the a costume party (if I can actually finish getting my costume together)
Sun-relax, puppy time, more homework
Over all I am excited this is my first weekend home in 4 weeks....the fact that I have no packing involved is such a great feeling...

Saturday - funeral, then a friend's birthday party

Today: Lunch with another spawner, meeting with the potential adopters for our foster puppy in the evening (or Saturday).
Saturday & Sunday: Helping R finish rebuilding the motorcycle so it can go off to it's new home, putting new screens on some of the windows so we can get fresh air in the house without feline escapees, other misc. household stuff.

This weekend- Nothing!! I have to go grocery shopping and unpack after being at the river this week.
Last weekend was sooo good this one won't compare but YEY it's still the weekend so there's that.
Tonight I have a B day party for one of hubs friends. I know I'll be kinda bored with this group. They're kind of awkward turtles. But oh well. I'm going to be a team player and go anyway.
Tomorrow: Breakfast/brunch with family. After that, I?m going to go see Legally Blonde the musical with some sexy biotches
Sunday: Possible universal studios trip with family. It's their last weekend in the states so they're jam packing it with stuff to do. Crazy loons. I haven't been in years to universal studios so I'm staying positive and not focusing on the fact that I'll be hanging out with 2- 8 year old twin boys and another 11 year old nephew. They're crazy!

Tonight I am baking a bunch of cupcakes for a friends birthday party tomorrow.
Saturday - Shinoda bound. Shopping for decor and containers to create 5 centerpieces for my friends wedding next week. Then hitting Smart n Final for Candy Buffet goodies. In the afternoon, we have a birthday party with some cool peeps in the hotlands.
Sunday - Sleeping in and nothing planned after that!
Yay!
Tonight: Costco. I have to buy enough snacks and drinks for 100 children for our Bring Your Children to Work Day event next week. FML.
Tomorrow: Movies. Hopefully three or four in a row.
Sunday: TBD. Maybe go take a look at the Barneys Warehouse Sale.
I would love to know how you got nominated for this? Poor WM! Wouldn't one of your employees that have kids be better equiped to select juiceboxes? haha!

100 juice boxes and 100 granola bars or something? shouldn't be *too* hard. but then again i have no idea what kids really eat.
yay for weekend! finished the first hard part of my freelance project this week.

saturday: lunch with some friends. go see other friend's new baby afterward.
sunday: sit around and read while landlord replaces our fuses with circuit breakers since we won't be able to use any power.
Friday and Sat: No plans yet, we are playing it by ear. Woot!
Sun: I miss my nephew, so we are doing another day trip to SD.
Too late, as per my SOP but feck it, I want to be included.
Tonight: relaxing, boozing, making dinner and enjoying my loved one.
Tomorrow: working and repeating Friday plus hopefully spending some of my birthday gift cards
Sunday: same thing! repeating Friday which is a terror but I have to work on a rare Sunday so I will deal. Maybe a fun filled family BBQ and really letting loose since Monday is my day off.
