Beach Trip
Hi guys!
?The husband LOVES aquariums and, since I think the Oregon Coast Aquarium is one of the best and he has never been, I am trying to arrange an overnight stay for us next weekend. I haven't been to that part of the coast since I was 18 and I've never arranged my own vacation there. Are there any hotels you girls can recommend? Since we are only staying one day, I don't have too much of a budget, though I guess I don't really want to spend over $200.?

We stayed at the Moolack Shores Motel when we went to Newport in April and saw the Aquarium. It's totally a cheesy beachy motel that is common along the coast but we loved it! All the rooms are themed. We stayed in the Camelot Room which was decorated in castle like decor. We had a beach front balcony that was great. It was right outside of town.

It's by no means 5 star but it defiintely gives you the feel of what the Oregon Coast has always meant to us.
We've stayed here a few times and LOVED it. They are 1 bedroom condos, so plenty of space, with plates, silverware, etc... I'm not sure if they have an actual website, but I googled and this is what popped up. Water's Edge Condo's, they are on the same street as Mo's (famous restaurant)... Lincoln City is about 30-45 minutes from Newport, I believe.

We've stayed at the Elizabeth Street Inn many times- it's nice. On the newer side, and right on the beach. From what I remember, pretty affordable.
