There's apparently a really good one on Palatine Rd in Arlington Heights.
There's also Forest View Hospital in Hoffman
We used to live in AH and we actually drove our dog to the Elmhurst Animal Hospital on Grand Ave. in Bensenville/Elmhurt (corner of York and Grand).
It is worth it to drive, the doctor is wonderful! He's been my family's vet since our first dog when I was 10 (so 16 years of vet service).
