Hi everyone! I'm back and just wanted to say thanks to everyone for all the support. A very scary weekend was made less so by seeing everyone's kind posts.
The appt with the MFM this morning went well. The MFM didn't see any indication of a septate or bicornuate uterus. Of course, it's too early to tell definitively, but he thinks strongly that it is just how the babies are positioned that made it look like that. He pretty much said we're in the clear. Whew!!
You all are the best and thanks again for everything!

Re: Thanks
That is great! I am glad it all worked out!
I sent S a long message last night. Was the MFM Dr. Pinkert?

The MFM was from that same practice-- we actually ended up seeing Dr. Gallagher. He was great. Really looked carefully and explained what he was looking at and for. We'll be seeing them again for our 1st tri scan in Sept and probably will end up being sent to them by our OB for our routine u/s as well (we're still waiting for our official OB intake appt to hear the details).

sahm ~ toddler breastfeeder ~ cloth diaperer ~ baby wearer
We also Dr. Gallagher at a couple of visits and really liked him too. We loved that entire practice!
I am so relieved for you and S (and your babies!!!)
This is great to see. I'm so glad that everything is looking good. There are so many reasons that people end up having bleeding in the first tri, but that doesn't make it any less scary. (Just look back a few pages and I'm sure you'll see one of my freak out posts...
)
In anycase, I'm so glad that you guys have some relief, and hopefully this will just be a once and done thing.
Maybe I don't have a heightened sense of smell, but I've never smelled any vagina on my pants. -- TSD
