As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

hey ladies!!! update.......
hey everyone, sorry been MIA, been mostly on the bump lately.
I know some of you have seen the latest w/the condo and wanted to give you an update and ask for prayers.
So we received 2 offers - one was complete crap and the other was pretty good. They offered asking price but w/6K in closing costs. I would have had to have brought over 2K to the table out of my pocket. So we countered w/2500 in closing costs. My agent spoke to the buyers agent and she thought they would probably accept!!!!
So am praying this all goes through.
Should be interesting when I need to move everything prior to closing during the middle of football season as DH can NOT help b/c of work (he works w/the football team and works 7 days a week this time of year). We will hire movers but that is going to be costly too.

My mom is prob going to come up the day we'd have everything moved over to AU, and my BFF in ATL will be w/me there. And I'm going to hire movers, no other way to really do it. I won't be able to move anything anyways.

Katie!!! This is wonderful news!! What perfect timing to get it sold to. I know what a relief it will be for ya'll to be rid of the condo. I hope it works out. All of my crossable parts are crossed in hopes they accept the offer!
