Did you have braces? no

Do you wear glasses/contacts? yes...mainly contacts.  I'd like to have lasik surgery but not sure if I am brave enough

Have you ever had surgery? yes...when I was 6 I had surgery on my bladder

Have you ever had surgery? only had my wisom teeth taken out, i guess that counts as oral surgery

When's the last time you took a day off work? does my maternity leave count? Other then that the last official vacation day I took was around Christmas (my boss let me take a bunch of free days off while I was pregnant)

Have you ever had surgery? I had the tip of my finger sewed back on when I was about 2 or 3.  I don't think that counts thought

When's the last time you took a day off work? ummm, I don't remember.  Probably when I was sick.  An actual vacation day back in May.

Do you wear glasses/contacts? Yes, I've had glasses off and on since I was in middle school.  I have a pair somewhere.. never wear them because they hurt too much.

Have you ever had surgery? No. Never broken a bone or had stitches even.

What's your favorite flavor of ice cream? Right now, strawberry.  Or peach mango

When's the last time you took a day off work? *sigh* I'm having a hard time remembering!! (I had to look in my calendar.. how sad!  May 15th.)

When's the last time you took a day off work? Last month, day before my exam.  Next week is also a 3 day week, but for the same reason so it's not so fun.
