  • I agreed with who won.  I am kind of torn about who got voted off.  I think if Ari had been allowed to stay we would have seen some interesting designs from her.  One thing that has always concerned me in the past episodes is that I feel the designers get too caught up in their own concepts.  It's a competition - do what you have to do to win and then get your message out there.  I think that might have been Ari's hang up - she couldn't let go of her sustainable designs to design a red carpet dress.  She was too caught up in get her personal design message out there.  The other guy - I can't remember his name - was a disaster from the get go.  He had a beautiful concept and just blew it when his model wasn't the size she says she was.  I don't know, but it looks to be another interesting season.  I'm excited!
  • I'm late on the post, but I wanted to add that I also agreed with the winner but was on the fence with the one sent home. I don't think that I am going to like the guy who stayed, but it does suck that his dimensions were wrong. It was cool to see the models show afterwards. Can't wait to see what's next.
  • I agree with Ari going home. I think that if she had stayed she would've futurized every challenge and it would have went over everyones head.

I do have to say that I am all for Mitchell. He and I went to the same design school in Georgia. He's a sweetheart and very good at what he does. I just can't believe the things he's doing...he's so much better than that! I have faith in him though. But I know that if he doesn't pull himself together he will be going home.

I haven't seen enough of the others or their portfolios to pick another favorite. I guess I will have to do that soon.
