Consignment shops in Lansing area?

Hi Everyone,

 I dont come back to this board too often as I got married in November. But I am trying to sell my wedding dress/veil and shoes. I live in Florida but my dress is in Lansing (where my parents live) and I am having a hard time finding a consignment shop, do any of you know of a consignment shop in the Lansing or surrounding area that I could sell my dress too?

Oh also, if anyone is interested in the dress, shoes or veil, I have it posted on the trash to treasure board - its an anjolique, ivory and a size 8 that I wore as a 4/6.

There is a shop in Okemos that you could try. It's called Second Time Around, located near the Meridian Mall and the Pilgrim House. I'm not sure if they sell wedding dresses or not, but you could call and check. 517-349-2151 is the number I got when I googled it. Good luck!

Also, have you considered craigslist? I see wedding dresses on there quite often.

Thanks - I'll try try the 2nd time around store and see if I can get what I'd want for it.

 

I tried Craigslist, but I had a hard time navigating the site and figuring out where to post the dress (I'm kind of a retard when it comes to computers - haha, just check my nonexistant bio and you'll know what I mean!)

 

I'll try it again though.. perhaps instead of just listing it as an item, I should just list it under the various local boards for Michigan..
