Not sure who recommended Alfies Restaurant..
Someone recommended this restaurant a few weeks ago, DH and I went last week and it was pretty tasty, DH had the ribs (which were amazing!) and I had the fish sandwich which was pretty good. Just wondering if you and your husband have been to The Village Tavern and Grill in Carol Stream, just thought you might like it, the food is kinda like Alfies. Their chicken tenders are seriously so addicting. Just thought you might like to know.

i will second the rec for the village i think their is one in shaumburg also
they have the best nachos their and their prices can't be beat
