As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

friend vent update
so we saw each other this weekend. Her boyfriend and DH still hang out all the time and he came with our group to a concert while she was at work. She met us at a bar afterwards and, by that time, I had quite a bit to drink (i need to stop that). And it was super weird. We all sat outside at a large table and I was next to her but we didn't talk at all. I don't know if I was giving off some weird drunk vibe but she really didn't say much except when she hugged me hello. I wish I had the nerve to get over the awkwardness so that we could get on with our friendship and now I feel like I blew a chance to smooth things over. This sucks. I wish I didn't have to see her boyfriend all the time (he's helping us with our home remodel) so I could just forget about her.

Sorry you're stuck in the middle of a crappy situation. Hopefully things will get better for you soon and you both can move past whatever awkwardness is between you and continue with your friendship. Have you tried calling.texting.emailing her to see if she can meet you for lunch. Maybe ya'll just need a serious heart-to-heart. Good luck!
Oops! Sorry, didn't mean to suggest something others had already done. I've been a little MIA the past 2 weeks and I haven't caught up with all the posts. Either way, good luck! Hope this blows over soon.
