Reintroducing Myself
Hi Ladies!
I posted on this board when I first moved to Southwest WA. But because or work and life I've stayed away. I'm hoping to jump back in and be active again.
A little bit about me. I met DH in LA after college. We then moved to San Francisco and then to the Camas area. I still commute back to SF once a week for 2 days. We have no kids and 2 dogs

My husband is originally from Longview, WA. He got a job offer there so we moved back after the wedding. We looked in the Woodland area and actually have friends there, but chose the Camas area because we thought I would be working in Portland.
How come you made the move?
Hey! I remember you, because I was a NorCal knottie, too and I think I pages you about OR before when we were debating whether to move there or back to Northern Ca.

We made the move this summer, mostly to be closer to my in-laws and escape the terrible economy/high housing prices of California! DH asked for a transfer to the Seattle/Portland offices of his firm. I'm finishing out my teaching assignments in NorCal, so I'm kind of like you - splitting time between CA and WA. I'll look for a job when I get up there full-time (in January). We're hoping to start a family soon, so it really was about having family nearby to help with the kiddos!

We just moved back from LA. It's so good to be back in P-town again. Hope you can make it to the gtg in September.
I was there. I remember meeting you there. Did you leave Portland for LA then come back?
I saw some info about the gtg. Would love to go. I'll keep an eye open for more posts.
