So my MIL just emailed vacation pics, and I nearly did a double take! I got fat! I'm tall, so I carry weight really well, but this is redic. My 14's are snug .
I've started hiking and volunteering with Daisy, and I'm going to make an effort to be more active. I'm already really active though, its just that I eat A LOT. I am SO right there with you! In about every sense. Height, weight, size 14's. Let's do a walk next week and then lunch. Sorry I've been so flaky about lunch.
If you can promise yourself a minimum of a 5- 10 minute walk every day, I can assure you that you will notice a huge difference. All that matters is you get moving. Before you know it, it will be second nature to get that walk in during the day! You may find the following quote helpful. I recieved this last week from, The Universe. Dorky, I know.
