Ok seriously, I need to get my butt in gear!

imageSo my MIL just emailed vacation pics, and I nearly did a double take! I got fat! I'm tall, so I carry weight really well, but this is redic. My 14's are snug Sad.

I've started hiking and volunteering with Daisy, and I'm going to make an effort to be more active. I'm already really active though, its just that I eat A LOT. So I think thats where I need to start. MrsMcguire's story is pretty inspiring, andI'm going to look for inspirationimageimagehttp://tiny.cc/C9qxj" height="768" width="1024"> wherever i can find it too.

Send skinny vibes my way ladies Embarrassed

  • I am SO right there with you! In about every sense. Height, weight, size 14's. Let's do a walk next week and then lunch. Sorry I've been so flaky about lunch.

  • If you can promise yourself a minimum of a 5- 10 minute walk every day, I can assure you that you will notice a huge difference. All that matters is you get moving. Before you know it, it will be second nature to get that walk in during the day! You may find the following quote helpful. I recieved this last week from, The Universe. Dorky, I know. But it's so helpful for me!

"The real reason so many have trouble with the baby steps, Mrs.McGuire-- doing all they can, with what they've got, from where they are, no matter how humble or seemingly futile -- is because they haven't yet grasped that the baby steps trigger unseen forces that throw wide the floodgates of unstoppable momentum, infinite abundance, and eternal life."
